Child Protection & Parental Consent Policy
1. Introduction
AnnClare Entertainment (ACE) is committed to protecting all children involved in our media productions, including reality shows, stage plays, competitions, and creative engagements. Our mission is to create an environment where children are safe, respected, and given a platform to thrive, in line with national and international child protection laws.
2. Guiding Principles
- Best Interest of the Child: All actions prioritize the child’s health, safety, and well-being.
- Zero Tolerance for Abuse: No form of abuse or neglect is tolerated—physical, emotional, sexual, or digital.
- Safe and Meaningful Participation: Children are encouraged to express themselves within a secure and structured environment.
- Accountability: All staff and stakeholders are accountable for safeguarding practices.
3. Parental Consent Policy
Before a child participates in any ACE production or activity, written parental or legal guardian consent is mandatory.

- Participation in Programs
- Medical Consent for Emergencies
- Media Release (photos, videos, voice, likeness)
- Accommodation Permission
- Privacy & Data Use Acknowledgment

4. Recruitment & Vetting of Staff
- Pass a background check.
- Sign a Code of Conduct.
- Complete child protection training.
- Work under adult supervision when interacting with children.
5. On-Site & Program Safeguarding
- 24/7 supervision during program periods.
- Staff-to-child ratios maintained for safety.
- Gender-sensitive supervision and privacy policies.
- Nutritious meals, clean water, and medical support provided.
6. Digital & Online Content
- Children’s data is securely stored and never shared publicly without consent.
- Online programs and content are age-appropriate.
- Comments, livestreams, and public interaction are moderated to prevent harm.
7. Reporting & Escalation
Any suspicion or report of abuse or misconduct must be immediately reported to the ACE Child Protection Officer via:

All cases are treated with confidentiality and urgency.
8. Policy Review
This policy is reviewed annually and revised as needed to meet legal, social, or technological changes. Violations result in disciplinary or legal actions.
